Accept the terms
A page in your account explains what a connection can do and records that you have read it. A connection cannot be made without it.
Run one command
Your assistant opens a Goodspeed page in your browser. You sign in and approve. That is the whole handshake.
Ask for things
From then on your assistant talks to your account directly, and every action is attributed to the connection rather than to you.

The paid ones spend the credits already on your account, at the same price the site charges. There is no separate rate for asking through an assistant.
