Yes. You own the generated code outright, under an MIT license, in its own GitHub repository. The reusable framework it is built on ships alongside it as source-available, so you can run, change and host your app anywhere; it asks only that you do not use the framework itself to build a competing product. The output is a standard Expo project: use Expo Application Services to build and submit to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. No proprietary runtime, and it is a normal React Native app.
