Yes. You own the generated code outright, under an MIT licence, in its own GitHub repository. The reusable framework it is built on ships alongside it as source-available, so you can run, change and host your app anywhere; it asks only that you do not use the framework itself to build a competing product. The output is a standard Expo project: use Expo Application Services to build and submit to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. No proprietary runtime, and it is a normal React Native app.

No. Goodspeed provisions the backend while your app is being built (database, auth, and analytics) and operates it after launch, so you open no infrastructure accounts and configure no servers.
